📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PupsBliss! We want you and your furry friend to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


🕐 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📝 To initiate a return, please email us at support@pupsbliss.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

  • For orders not returned but deemed eligible for a refund (e.g., damaged or missing items), partial or full refunds may be issued without a return.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, please return your item and place a new order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items damaged by pets or not in original condition


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@pupsbliss.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
